the hotel presented a modern aesthetic, reflected in its well-kept premises. my room included complimentary tea, coffee, and water, a thoughtful gesture. the bathroom boasted a powerful shower and quality toiletries, it elevated the experience. i found the location ideal, with the metro and tram just minutes away.
the spa staff exhibited limited english proficiency. during the stay, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance, a disappointment, since i chose this hotel for this reason. the water was cold and cloudy when the pool reopened.

the room was very clean upon my arrival. a complimentary fruit basket was a nice touch. the breakfast offered a good variety each day. facilities were consistently well maintained.
the pool was cold . the jacuzzi had a technical issue for the entire week. spa staff seemed more interested in their phones than attending to guests.

the hotel is near many attractions. it is a short walk to the grand bazaar, spice bazaar, and hagia sophia. a metro station is also nearby, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

the room was clean enough, i guess.
The breakfast buffet was a real letdown. Options seemed stale, and the coffee tasted watered down. the spa area was small and felt cramped. The steam room had a musty smell, and i didn't even bother trying the sauna. the whole experience was underwhelming for the price.
